Since my first week at West Virginia University in 2019, I had the wonderful opportunity to work in the WVU Athletic Department as a graphic design student intern. My role included designing digital and print media for the various varsity teams. I was surrounded by a great team of leaders, designers, writers, statisticians, and more. The Mountaineer brand was special to be a part of and it has given me experience in designing within brand styles and guidelines.

WVU Football Military Appreciation Helmet Decal
West Virginia University and the football program celebrates our armed forces every year. I had the opportunity to design the helmet decal worn by the football team for Military Appreciation Day, Veterans Day, and the Liberty Bowl game. The decal has been in use since I created it during my freshman year in 2019.
While the logo is minimal, it is easily recognized as the state of West Virginia with the American flag within. I am thankful for this opportunity as I have relatives that served our great country.
